Low Fat Protein Burgers

Ingredients:

450g Super Lean Minced Beef 

200g Low Fat Cheese 

4 Slice Red Onion

4 Slice Tomato 

Iceberg Lettuce

4 Burger Buns

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Splash of Worcester Sauce (Optional)

 

Method:

Mix your beef & seasoning in a bowl, shape into patties and freeze for five minutes, this will help to keep their shape! 

Fire up your grill or heat a skillet

Cook for a couple of minutes each side if you like your burgers pink, a good guide is to wait for juices to run before flipping. 

Serve on your bun or lettuce cups with your chosen garnish!
