These ribs are taken from the top of the rib cage, and are a shorter more curved cut from up near the backbone.
These will be tender and the meat will fall right off the bone if cooked the right way.
Generally, people think of baby back ribs as a meal they would only order when at a restaurant, but they are so easy to make at home....cooking them well could not be any more simple.
We suggest roughly 8oz or 225g per person.
Coat in your favorite marinade and wrap in tin foil and refrigerate for 8 hours, preferably overnight. Remove foil and bake at 300F/150C/Gas 2 for 30 minutes per half lb + an additional 30 minutes.
