John's preferred roasting joint, somehow has more flavour than the traditional roasting joints.

Usually well marbled, with a covering of fat, it's not the most even in shape but in my opinion the tastiest roast. 

This boneless cut was developed as an alternative to the old fashioned H-bone cut of beef that we still serve to some of our customers. 

Serving Size: A 1kg joint(approx 2lb) will feed 3-4, we suggest roughly 8oz (250g) per person.

Cooking: Pot Roast - roast in oven at Gas Mark 4 - 5/180ºC/350ºF for 30 - 40 minutes per lb (0.45kg) + 30 - 40 minutes.
